1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Marsh Cleaning website and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Marsh Cleaning provides professional exterior cleaning services including pressure washing, DOFF cleaning, graffiti removal, stone cleaning, roof cleaning, facade cleaning, brick cleaning, and paint removal.

All services are subject to a prior survey and written estimate. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation. Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site survey. Additional work discovered during a project will be communicated and agreed before proceeding.

4. Payment

Payment terms are agreed prior to commencement of work. For residential projects, payment is typically due upon completion. Commercial projects may be invoiced with 14 or 30-day payment terms as agreed.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a booking with at least 48 hours' notice without charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a mobilisation fee to cover travel and preparation costs.

6. Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our workmanship. If any area doesn't meet the agreed standard, we will return and re-treat at no additional cost, provided we are notified within 7 days of completion.

7. Insurance

Marsh Cleaning carries full public liability insurance. Details of our insurance coverage are available upon request.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your property, we accept no liability for damage to surfaces or structures that are in a pre-existing deteriorated condition, unless such damage results from our negligence.

9. Access & Cooperation

Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned, including clearing vehicles, furniture, and personal items from work areas. We require access to water and, where possible, electricity.

10. Third Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
