Our Work Speaks
for Itself
Real projects, real results. From residential driveways to listed building restorations, here's a selection of work we've completed across the UK.
Victorian Terrace Brick Restoration — Liverpool
A four-storey Victorian terrace in Liverpool's Georgian Quarter had been painted over 40 years ago. We stripped multiple layers of masonry paint using DOFF steam and chemical treatments across 5 days, revealing the original red brick beneath. Re-pointing was recommended and carried out on the most weathered sections.
The full original brickwork was exposed, restoring the building's architectural character and allowing the masonry to breathe naturally for the first time in decades.
Commercial Forecourt Deep Clean — Manchester
A Manchester retail park required deep cleaning of 2,000 sqm of block-paved forecourt. Heavy tyre marking, oil staining, and chewing gum deposits had accumulated over several years. We completed the clean over two nights to avoid disruption to trading hours.
The entire forecourt was restored to near-original condition. The client moved to an annual maintenance contract to prevent re-accumulation.
Listed Church Stone Cleaning — Cheshire
A Grade II listed sandstone church in rural Cheshire required conservation-grade cleaning to remove decades of biological crusting and atmospheric pollution. We prepared a full method statement approved by the local conservation officer, then cleaned using DOFF at 150°C over 4 days.
The warm sandstone tones were fully restored. Photographic documentation was provided for the parish's heritage records.
Residential Driveway & Patio — Wirral
A large block-paved driveway and Indian sandstone patio in Heswall, Wirral, was heavily colonised with moss and algae due to mature tree canopy. We cleaned both surfaces, re-sanded all block paving joints, and applied a biocidal treatment formulated for the Wirral's coastal humidity.
Both surfaces were restored to their original appearance in a single visit. The biocidal treatment is expected to extend the clean for 18–24 months.
Multi-Site Graffiti Removal — London
A London housing association contracted us to remove graffiti from 12 properties across three boroughs within a 48-hour window. We deployed two teams simultaneously, removing spray paint from brick, render, and metal surfaces, and applied anti-graffiti coatings to the most frequently targeted walls.
All 12 sites were cleared within the deadline. The anti-graffiti coatings have significantly reduced repeat incidents and ongoing removal costs.
Warehouse Facade Restoration — Manchester
A converted Victorian warehouse in Ancoats required full facade cleaning prior to residential conversion. The original red brick was blackened with over a century of industrial carbon deposits. We used a combination of DOFF steam and TORC micro-abrasion across the four-storey elevation.
The facade was transformed from uniformly black to rich red brick, dramatically improving the development's market appeal.
